Patrick Balone, a candidate in the Kompiam Ambum electorate is calling on the Electoral Commission to act quickly or they will witness violence and blood-shed in the electorate.
He is running second in the Kompaim Ambum electorate and wants the commission to remove the returning officer, Ronalo Bapu and the three assistant Returning Officers.
He claims Mr Bapu has always been a close friend to the sitting member John Pundari and has hijacked the polling process from the start since 2002.
Interestingly, an argument between scrutineers of Balone and Pundari on Sunday led to the confiscation of a signed Writ for the Kompiam Ambum electorate, already declaring Pundari as the member-elect.
With this document on hand, Mr Balone is now calling on the Electoral Commission to suspend counting and replace the RO and the three AROs.
Meanwhile, John Pundari was surprised when EMTV news contacted him.
He said elections in Kompiam Ambum were the best compared to past elections and he was surprised that Mr Balone had the writ with him.
He claims this might be a fabricated copy as he was never informed about this incident.
He says similar allegations were levelled against him in the previous election but nobody took it up at the Court of the Disputed Returns.
