NCD polling mixed bag

NCD had a mixed bag of polling this morning. Some booths were late too set up, some voters couldn't fin their names on the roll, some voters ended up in polling booths etc....

Incident in North East
In a particular booth in MNE, voters were confused as to why they had different faces not residing the the area voting in that particular location. Scrutinizers for a particular candidate got into an argument with the general voting public which eventually ended up in police arriving and physically explaining to them.

There has been a general lack of awareness by the Electoral Commission regarding voting areas based on surname.
